ALL YOU CAN EAT - FISH FRY 
2 lb. favorite fish fillets
2 eggs
4 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 qt. oil

Clean fish fillets, combine egg, milk and salt. Dip fish in egg mixture, then roll in crumbs. Preheat oil in uncovered skillet at 375 degrees. Fry fillets in hot oil until golden brown. Drain fried fillets on paper towels. For serving add lemon wedges. (Serves 8 or 4 hungry eaters.)
