SWISS BLISS 
2 lb. round or chuck steak
1 env. onion soup mix
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1 (1 lb.) can of tomatoes, drained & chopped (set juice aside)
1/4 tsp. salt & lemon pepper
1/2 c. juice from tomatoes
2 tbsp. A-1 Steak Sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch

On a 20" sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil, spread center of foil with butter. Cut meat into serving size portions, and arrange on foil. Sprinkle with soup mix, mushrooms, pepper, and tomatoes; season.

Mix juice, A-1 Sauce and cornstarch. Pour over meat and vegetables. Bring foil up and double edge over and seal. Bake 2 hours at 375 degrees. Roll back then brown under broiler.
