GROUND BEEF NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 pt. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. wide noodles, cooked & drained
Sharp cheese

Brown and drain ground beef. Add tomato sauce and onion. Simmer for 15 minutes. Mix together cream cheese and sour cream until paste forms. Put all ingredients into large mixing bowl and stir gently. Pour into large greased casserole. Top with pieces of sharp cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until hot (approximately 20-30 minutes).
