EASY SWISS STEAK 
1/4 c. seasoned flour
1 1/2 lbs. round steak (3/4-inch)
2 tbsp. shortening
1 c. water
1 can Campbell's vegetable soup
1/2 c. sour cream (optional)

Pound seasoned flour into steak with meat hammer. Brown on both sides in shortening. Add water. Cover and cook over low heat 45 minutes, or until tender. Uncover. Cook down excess liquid. Pour in soup and heat. Before serving, stir in sour cream. Serves 4 to 6.
