SHRIMP SALAD | |
4 c. uncooked, shell macaroni 2 c. raw cauliflowerettes, sliced thick 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. sliced ripe olives 1 c. thin scallions or green onions, chopped 2 (5 oz.) cans shrimp or frozen 1/2 c. chili sauce 1/2 c. Western french dressing 1 c. mayonnaise Cook and drain macaroni. Rinse well with cold water, set aside. Toss macaroni with the dressing until well coated. Chill at least 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients and chill. Serves 10 to 12. Maybe prepared a day ahead. |
