ECLAIR CAKE 
1 lb. graham crackers
2 pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Butter 9"x13" pan. Put crackers flat on bottom. Mix pudding according to package directions; fold in Cool Whip. Pour half of pudding over crackers. Make another layer of crackers. Pour in remaining pudding. Add one more layer of crackers, pushing gently into mixture. Mix frosting; spread over crackers. Refrigerate 24 hours. Very rich; cut small squares. Nice party dish!

FROSTING:

2 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp. light corn syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. softened butter
1 1/2 c. 10X sugar
3 tbsp. milk
