GARLIC BUBBLE LOAF | |
2 (1 lb.) loaves frozen bread dough, thawed 1/2 c. butter, melted & cooled to lukewarm 1/4 tsp. dried basil 2 tbsp. parsley 1/4 tsp. onion powder 4 cloves garlic, minced Grease 12 cup Bundt pan. Cut or snip dough into walnut size pieces. Arrange in prepared pan. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over dough. Cover. Let rise until double about 1 1/2 hours. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake until golden brown, 30-35 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Turn out onto serving plate. Serve warm. Great with any Italian meal. Tip can be baked in 2 greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. |
