LEMON BASIL GRILLED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)

Combine all ingredients except chicken. Add chicken turning once to coat. Refrigerate 30 to 45 minutes, turning once. Grill or broil 4 inches from heat, 3 to 5 minutes each side or until done.
