SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3/4 stick butter
2 eggs
dash of cinnamon
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 large can sweet potatoes

Warm and drain potatoes. Then mash with a fork. Add sugar, milk, cinnamon, eggs and butter.

Bake 15 minutes in 400°F oven.

Topping:

1 c. crushed cornflakes
3/4 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans

Mix and place on top of other mixture.

Bake for 15 minutes at 400°F.
