PEANUT BUTTER MELTAWAY CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. peanut butter
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine first 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil: 2 sticks butter, water, and 3 tbsp. cocoa. While hot, add flour mixture, eggs, 2 tbsp. vanilla and sour cream. Mix and pour into 13x9x2 pan and bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.

Mix peanut butter and oil. Spread over cooled cake. Refrigerate 20 minutes.

Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes stirring constantly: 1 stick butter, milk, 3 tbsp. cocoa. Add powdered sugar and 2 tbsp. vanilla. Put this over peanut butter. EAT AND ENJOY.
