OATMEAL COOKIES | |
1 env. (1/2 c.) prepared Butter Buds 1 c. unfiltered apple juice 1 egg white 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract 3 c. old fashion oats 1 c. whole grain flour (whole wheat or any whole grain) 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/3 c. chopped nuts and/or raisins (optional) Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Drop rounded teaspoons onto sprayed (non-stick spray) cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Voila, a natural delicious cookie with no cholesterol and no sugar. |
