PUMPKIN "HOBO" BREAD 
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. raisins
1 c. pecans
2/3 c. butter

Blend together sugar, oil and eggs. Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, soda and nutmeg. Fold in pumpkin, raisins and pecans. Add butter. Fill four (1 pound) coffee cans 1/2 full (greased and floured). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until well done.
