3 c. water
3 c. sugar
8 tsp. instant coffee
3 c. vodka
5 tsp. vanilla extract

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil and simmer for 1 hour then cool. Add vodka and vanilla extract, put in tightly covered container and age for 30 days.
