KRAUT BURGERS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. roll mix
1 sm. cabbage, shredded
1/4 tsp. vinegar
Salt and pepper

Brown hamburger. Pour off fat. Add cabbage, onion, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Cover and steam slowly until cabbage and onions are tender; drain.

Make roll mix according to instructions. Let rise to double size. Roll on floured surface. Cut in squares and fill with cabbage mixture. Bring edges together and pinch to seal.

Put on greased cookie sheet and let rise for about 30 minutes in warm place. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6-9, depending on size of squares.
