DELICIOUS MUSTARD PICKLES 
1 gal. cider vinegar
1 c. salt
1/2 lb. (16 tbsp.) dry mustard (make a paste with a little of the vinegar)

Make a solution with the vinegar, salt and mustard. This will cover 3 gallons of pickles in glass jars. Pour the cold solution over cucumbers in sterilized jars and seal at once with hot lids. Store without removing the screw bands.
