TOMATO PUDDING 
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 c. brown sugar
2/3 stick butter
6 slices white bread, cut in 1" cubes

Blend brown sugar, tomato sauce and butter in saucepan over heat until butter and sugar melted. Place bread cubes in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Pour sauce mixture in casserole and stir gently to coat bread. Bake 20 minutes at 300 degrees. Serve with meat or chicken. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
