KATHY'S BREAD PUDDING 
2 c. milk
1 c. bread in 1" cubes
3 c. angel food cake in 1" cubes
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins (opt.)
1 tsp. cinnamon

Heat milk to scalding. Pour over bread and cake in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cool. Pour butter and eggs over bread/cake mixture; then sprinkle on remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until silver knife inserted in center comes out clean.
