2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. oil
2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Sift flour, salt and baking powder; set aside. Beat eggs, sugar and oil until well blended. Add flour mixture to egg mixture, alternately with milk until well blended. Drop by spoonfuls in deep very hot oil until browned. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
