PEPPERONI CHEESE BREAD 
Bread dough (frozen from market)
Butter
Roll pepperoni, cut lengthwise
Mozzarella cheese

Thaw bread dough and divide in half. Let rise, cut into three pieces and roll out on floured surface so dough won't stick. Roll into rectangular shape, spread with melted butter. Place pepperoni on bread, covering all edges. Top with cheese, roll and prick ends. Place seam down on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve hot or freeze until ready to serve, then bake.

NOTE: 1 bread dough makes 2 or 3 pepperoni cheese breads. Origin: Donna's Kitchen, Marlton, New Jersey.
