MEAT BALL SKILLET STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce with onions
2 tbsp. Wesson oil
4 carrots, sliced
2 potatoes, quartered
1 pkg. frozen green beans
1 c. water

Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt, Worcestershire, and 1/2 cup tomato sauce. Mix and shape into balls. Brown meat balls in Wesson oil and drain excess fat. Place vegetables, water, salt, and remaining tomato sauce in covered pot and simmer 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Thicken gravy, if desired.
