HAMBURGER LOAF 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 bag bread crumbs
1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
1 onion
1 egg
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. celery seed

Mix filling like you make for stuffing. Line bottom of casserole with crumbs. Mix hamburger, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Pat mixture over top of crumbs leaving space for soup to soak into the filling. Pour soup over top and cover casserole. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
