RICE HAMBURGER LOAF 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. rice
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. celery, chopped

Fry meat until brown. Add other ingredients. Bake 1 hour covered at 300 degrees. Uncover. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake until crackers are brown.
