TWINKIE 
5 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Crisco
1 tsp. vanilla
5 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
Dash of salt

Combine flour and 5 tablespoons sugar. Add milk, stir until smooth. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick. Cool thoroughly. Cream remaining ingredients and add cooled mixture. Beat with electric mixer for 5 minutes. Put filling in condiment dispenser and push pump into side of cupcake. Pump 5 times turning cake each time. Use yellow or chocolate cake. Makes approximately 80 cupcakes.
