DUMPLINGS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. unsifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

In saucepan combine water, butter, salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat -- water should continue to simmer. Add flour and mix until it leaves side of pan and forms a ball -- 1 to 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and add eggs, one at a time, beating with a wooden spoon after each addition and continuing to beat until dough is shiny. Stir in cheese and dry mustard.

Drop by teaspoon into boiling salted water (1 teaspoon). Cover tightly and cook for 15 minutes, being careful not to lift the lid during this time as dumplings will be heavy.
