CORN FRITTERS 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. can whole kernel corn, drained
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. oil

Blend dry ingredients. Mix eggs, milk and oil. Add to dry ingredients. Beat with rotary beater until smooth. Stir in corn. Cook on griddle like pancakes (use 350 degree oven on electric skillet) until brown on both sides. Serve hot with butter and syrup. Makes about 8 fritters.
