RAGOUT 
2 lb. beef stew
3 b. chicken legs and thighs
10 potatoes
1 c. sifted flour
1 c. water
1 lg. onion

Cook beef and chicken in separate pots. Clean and cut chicken in small pieces. Cut beef in small pieces also. Mix together in large pot and add uncooked potatoes. Cook until potatoes are done. Mix flour and water together until lumps are gone. Add in beef and chicken mixture. Let it boil for about 5 to 10 minutes more, stirring frequently until it comes to a thick sauce.
