RAGOUT OF BEEF 
2 lbs. lean beef, cubed
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
2 med. onions, chopped
3 tbsp. oil
Flour
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. rosemary
Dry red wine
1 can button mushrooms

Brown meat, onions and garlic in oil. Coat meat thoroughly with flour. Mix well. Add salt, pepper and rosemary. Cover with wine. Cover pan. Cook at 275 degrees until tender. Add more wine if needed. Serve over noodles. Keeps well and also freezes well.
