CHOCOLATE CHIP PUDDING COOKIES 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 pkg. 4 serving size instant pudding
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

LARGE BATCH - 10 DOZEN
3 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 pkg. 6 serving size instant pudding
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix flour and baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in large bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat eggs. Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Batter will be stiff. Drop from teaspoon onto greased baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
