2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 c. whole milk
1 c. Bisquick baking mix

Spread green chilies and cheese in casserole dish, sprayed with Pam. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over cheese and chilies.

Bake at 425°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
