MOTHER'S CHILI 
2 dry onions
3 stalks celery
1 green pepper
1 carrot
1 sm. potato
1 can whole tomatoes
1 (#303) can kidney beans
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef browned with garlic salt

Chop and saute in butter until tender the onions, celery, green pepper, carrot and potato. Add remaining ingredients and heat. Serve with grated cheese in bottom of bowls.
