CRANBERRY CHICKEN 
Chicken sections about 2 lb.
Salt, pepper & poultry seasoning
1 can (8 oz.) whole cranberry sauce
4 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. butter

Season chicken well, as desired and place in shallow roasting pan, skin side down. Combine remaining 4 ingredients over heat until melted. Pour half over chicken and roast in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Turn, baste with remaining sauce and roast additional 45 minutes.

Serves 3-4.
