JIFFY TORTE 
Jiffy yellow cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 c. milk
15 oz. can crushed pineapple
Cool Whip

Bake can in 9 x 13 inch pan (will only be about 1 inc high). Cool. Beat cream cheese and pudding mix together. Add milk gradually and beat until smooth and thick. Spread over cooled cake and let set.

Drain pineapple, pressing to drain completely. Spoon over pudding. Top with Cool Whip. "Very refreshing." Note: Can use other fruit, such as sliced fresh strawberries.
