1 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
2 egg yolks
1 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal

Cream butter with remaining ingredients. Spread in a greased and floured 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes and frost with chocolate frosting.

FROSTING:

1 square chocolate
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk

Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped walnuts if desired.
