KRIS CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
chicken, boiled and deboned
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 c. butter
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
2 cans cream of chicken soup (can substitute 1 can for cream of mushroom
soup)

In casserole dish, place chicken first. Mix soups and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter an place on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
