SMOKED SALMON SPREAD | |
1 can salmon, 15 1/2 oz. size 2 tbsp. lemon juice 4 tsp. grated onion 3 tsp. horseradish 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke 1 (16 oz.) cream cheese (softened) 1/2 c. chopped nuts 4 tbsp. snipped parsley (optional) Drain and flake salmon - remove large bones. Cream together cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, liquid smoke. Add salmon; mix well. Shape into ball or log. (I put it in a bowl or container.) Wrap and chill for several hours. Combine nuts and parsley. Roll salmon mold in this if desired. This can be frozen! Serve with crackers. |
