STUFFED BELL PEPPERS 
4-6 peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. diced peppers
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 1/2 c. tomatoes
Garlic salt

Cut tops from peppers and clean insides. Drop in boiling water for 3 minutes. Remove; let cool. Brown beef. Add onions, diced peppers, sauces, and garlic salt. Cook until tender. Add tomatoes. Simmer about 20 minutes. Stuff mixture into peppers. Place peppers in a pan or dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
