1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 sm. box strawberry Jello
1 1/4 c. hot water
Red food coloring

Mix and cook above mixture until it clears up some and thickens. Let mixture cool for a while before pouring it over strawberries placed in a cooked pie shell. Refrigerate to cool.
