BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lg. head broccoli (broken into small florets)
1 med. red onion chopped
4 to 8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. raisins
1 c sunflower seeds

Clean broccoli, cut and place florets in large mixing bowl. Add onions, crumbled bacon, raisins, & sunflower seeds. Mix and chill in refrigerator, approximately 1 hour before serving. Toss salad and dressing.

Dressing:

1 c. mayo
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix dressing thoroughly until sugar is dissolved.
