RHUBARB JAM 
5 c. rhubarb, cut in 1" pieces
2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
12 stalks rhubarb (equals 5 c.)

Mix rhubarb and sugar. Let stand for 30 minutes. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add dry package of Jello. Store in jars or plastic containers.
