1 c. butter 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. cornstarch Cream butter until light, gradually add sugar and beat well. Add flour and cornstarch gradually, beating constantly. Drop by small spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Press lightly with fork. Bake 20-25 minutes at 300 (not until browned). |
