2 frozen pie crusts
4 eggs
2 c. white sugar
1 stick melted butter
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins or dates
1 c. coconut
1 c. broken pecans

Mix by hand. Beat the eggs; add sugar, butter, and other ingredients. Mix well and pour into unbaked pie crusts. Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
