6 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
4 c. chopped spinach

Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan in 350 degree oven. Blend milk, flour, baking powder, salt and eggs. Add cheese and spinach. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Then broil for a minute to brown. Cut into squares and serve.
