SHRIMP SCAMPI 
12 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. minced green onion
2 tbsp. olive oil or salad oil
8 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 lb. med. shrimp, shelled
1/4 tsp. lemon peel
4 tbsp. parsley
Dash of hot pepper sauce

Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat. Stir in onion, oil, garlic, lemon juice and cook until bubbly. Add shrimp to pan and cook, stirring occasionally until shrimp turns pink (about 5 minutes). Stir in lemon peel, parsley, hot pepper sauce. Serve over spaghetti. Serves 4.
