SALMON STEAKS 
2 salmon steaks
Oil, salt & pepper
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. finely chopped green onion
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. dill weed

Brush salmon with oil and season with salt and pepper. Broil, turning once, until salmon flakes easily with fork (about 6 to 8 minutes). Combine remaining ingredients in small saucepan. Heat, stirring constantly, but do not boil. Serve salmon with sauce.
