SWISS CHICKEN 
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 sm. slices Swiss cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
Dash of salt and pepper

Place washed breasts in 9 x 13 inch dish. Spray with Pam (optional). Sprinkle salt and pepper over breasts. Place Swiss cheese slices over breasts. In a pan, heat the soup and milk until the soup is creamy. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Sprinkle stuffing mix (dry) over chicken. Pour melted butter over the ingredients. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Keeps chicken moist and tender.
