POTATO BREAD 
1 c. potato water
1 c. milk
1/2 c. left over potatoes, mashed
1 cake yeast
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. shortening
3 tbsp. sugar
6-7 c. flour

Heat potatoes until steaming; add milk. Pour into bowl and add potatoes, yeast, salt, sugar and shortening. Stir until smooth. Add flour, a cup or 2 or at a time. Knead. Place in greased bowl to rise; punch down. Let rise again. Then make into 2 loaves. Let rise above pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
