1/2 lb. flank steak per person 2 green peppers per person Garlic cloves 1 tomato per person 1 c. oyster sauce Dissolved cornstarch 1. Cook beef in 2 tablespoons of oil. Remember how to slice them thinly? Frozen. 2. Add quartered tomatoes, and thinly sliced green peppers. 3. Add crushed garlic, salt and pepper to taste. 4. Add oyster sauce and mix thoroughly on high heat. 5. Add cornstarch to thicken as desired. |
