PERSIAN CHICKEN 
1 cut-up chicken
3 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. mustard
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sesame seed

Mix all ingredients but chicken and sesame seeds. Roll chicken pieces in mixture. Place in roasting pan in 350 degree oven. Baste often with liquid. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes until golden brown. After removing, sprinkle with sesame seeds; roast seeds if desired. Serve with wild rice.
