BUTTERMILK NUT PUFFS 
2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. oil
1 egg

Sift dry ingredients together into bowl. Stir in buttermilk, oil and beaten egg with fork. Beat until smooth. Drop by teaspoon into hot oil 375 degrees 3 minutes. Drain on paper. Roll in sugar. You can put cinnamon in sugar. Good with a cup of coffee.
