MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. flour, sifted
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream butter. Add sugar and vanilla. Stir into butter mixture the flour, salt and nuts. Make into small balls. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 35 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar.
